1. Introduction

Rise Financial Group AG ("Rise", "we", "us", or "our"), registered under CHE-276.208.367 and domiciled in Stans, Switzerland, is the parent company of the Rise group of companies. The group currently includes:

• Rise Financial Group AG (Switzerland) — parent company, group governance and oversight
• Rise Technologies Oy (Finland, Business ID 3512553-2) — a Finnish payment institution registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanssivalvonta, "Fiva"), responsible for developing and operating the Rise platform

Through Rise Technologies Oy, we provide AI-powered accounting, payment initiation (PISP), account information (AISP), invoicing, and financial management services to European SMEs via our mobile and web applications (the "Services").

In this policy:

• "Website" refers to our marketing site at risegroup.eu, hosted externally on Webflow.
• "Mobile app" refers to the Rise mobile application used by business customers.
• "Web application" (or "accounting app") refers to the Rise web platform used by authorised accountants, administrators, and other designated users for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial management.

All three are part of the Services and are in scope of this policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use our Services, visit our website, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to all individuals whose personal data we process, including business customers, their representatives, employees, and website visitors.
